What does "refurbished" mean?
A refurbished device is a previously used product that has been professionally inspected, tested, and restored to full working condition. It's not the same as "used" — every device we sell goes through our multi-point inspection before it's listed.
Are the devices fully functional?
Yes. Every device we sell is tested and verified to be fully functional before it ships. Our condition grades (Excellent, Good, and Proven) describe cosmetic appearance only — not functionality.
Does my device come with a warranty?
Yes. Every device purchased through the Community Buyback Program includes a 90-day limited warranty.
If your device experiences a covered hardware issue during that time, our team will work with you to troubleshoot, repair, replace, or refund the device if necessary.
What if I need to return my device?
Eligible devices may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Devices must be returned in condition consistent with the original purchase grade and include all accessories.
